OJ SLAMS IMAM FATTY OVER AHMADIYYA TV SAGA

By Omar Bah

The Minister of Agriculture, Omar Amadou Jallow has called on Imam Abdoulie Fatty to apologise to Gambians for not doing enough to stop Yahya Jammeh from committing heinous crimes against Gambians, instead of complaining about Ahmadis owning a television.

Speaking at a press conference yesterday at his office, OJ said if Imam Fatty had coordinated, supported and helped Yahya Jammeh over 17 years to perpetuate the terrible things that were happening in the country, he must apologise to Gambians rather than griping about a particular sect getting licence to operate a television.
“Coming from the situation in which we found ourselves in the last 22-years and knowing the Islamic fundamentalist problems that some of our neighbours are experiencing, I think this was a wrong time for a person like Imam Fatty to make such remarks,” he stated.

He added: “If our neighbours Senegal have televisions owned by different Islamic sects why can’t Gambia allow the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at who are Muslims like us, because I have prayed in their Mosque in Salikenni? I want to make it very clear to all our religious leaders that Gambia is for all and all are equal.”
He continued: “Imam Fatty was around when Yahya Jammeh arrested Imam Karamo Touray of Brikama, Imam Baba Leigh, Imam Ba Kawsu Fofana, Imam Ismaila Manjang and killed people extra judicially but he never condemned that. Let him not please abuse the new found freedom that we had fought for so dearly.
“I think this is a wrong time for us to hear such statements from Imam Fatty when we are trying to build The Gambia. I am using this occasion to call on the Supreme Islamic Council to condemn Imam Fatty’s statements because he was not speaking on behalf of the Muslims.”

The Ahmadis, OJ added, have established schools and hospitals, but they have never put any conditions in those facilities. “We should encourage the Ahmadis to continue doing what they are doing…Who are we to judge? The Gambia has been known for peace and this peace was anchored by religious tolerance and other forms of social and cultural versions,” he concluded.

  1. Jallow’s intervention is timely. For all people, Imam Fatty has failed Gambians and has no credit to teach anyone on ethics or the right interpretation of Islam. His collusion With Jammeh, the Killer, renders him irrelevant in the current or future discourse on national unity and harmony, especially among the faiths. The SIC is corrupted and should remain in oblivion.

Even though I am not of the same political leaning as O.J nor am I ahmadiyya, nevertheless his intervention in this matter is well appreciated.

As the saying goes: IN THE LONG RUN, WEASELS AND LIARS NEVER HOLD THE FIELD, SO LONG AS GOOD PEOPLE STAND UP.

    1. Rightly said, OJ. We need people who will stand for the truth in The Gambia. There are certain Imams who supported Yaya Jammeh despite commiting atrocities in the Gambia as evidence by some of the things we are hearing form the former jungulars ( hit squad ) created by Yaya jammeh. Where was Imam Fatty when all these crimes were being carried out. As far as I am concern, those abuses and killings are are against Islamic and should have been condemn by all true believers of Islam. We as Human beings are not suppose to judge others, only the Almighty Allah will judge us. Ahmadis are Muslims and they should be treated as such in my opinion. You might not agree with them as far as they practice Islam, but who are you to judge them. I believe they should be be allow to have their own TV station as far as they meet the requirements set up by the government of the Gambia. I would like to say that I am not an Ahmadi, but I believe in equality and justice. I am a proud Muslim and I will not condemn any religion more so Ahmadis, who in my opinion are Muslim. Let stop the hypocrisy.

      1. SIC is not an act of parliament. Its illegal for the organisation to be peddling in state issues. OJ is a state minister, my friend. Understand the difference before giving relevance to an failed person like Ablie Fatty. The council does not have any right to tell citizens what their rights are or not.

  2. Am not an Imam Faty fan, BUT NO TO AHMADIYA propagation in Gambia, and I strongly condemned OJ’s support for this misleading Ahmadiyas. May Allah guide and protect us all.
Even Pakistan banned this misleading Ahmadiyas. See article below.

“Ordinance XX (Urdu: آرڈیننس 20) is a legal ordinance of the Government of Pakistan that was promulgated under the regime of General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq on 26 April 1984 and is meant to prohibit the practice of Islam and the usage of Islamic terms and titles for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.[citation needed] The ordinance bars Ahmadi Muslims, who are deemed Non-Muslims under the Pakistani constitution, from publicly practising the Islamic faith and also disallows them from using any Islamic texts for praying purposes.[citation needed] It is in addition to – but separate from – the 1974 Second Amendment to the Constitution of Pakistan. While the Second Amendment declared that Ahmadis are non-Muslims, the Ordinance prohibits Ahmadis from identifying themselves as Muslims.[citation needed]

The ordinance also debars Ahmadis from the use of any honorific titles and modes of address deemed specific to the Islamic community such as the greeting “As-salamu alaykum” (peace be upon you), reciting the Six Kalimas or the shahada (declaring belief in the oneness of God and the prophethood of Muhammad) etc., from building mosques and calling the Adhan (call to prayer), from undertaking Muslim modes of worship, from worshipping in non-Ahmadi mosques or public prayer rooms, and from making any citations from the Quran and Muhammad’s hadith.[citation needed] Punishment for anyone convicted of doing any of the above is imprisonment of up to three years and a fine. Ahmadis, who self-identify as Muslims and observe Islamic practices, claim that the Ordinance criminalises their everyday life.[1] expressing the Kalima (Muslim creed) and greeting with peace in the Muslim way is a criminal offence for Ahmadis in Pakistan.[2]

Unable to perform his duties as the leader of the Community without violating the Ordinance, Mirza Tahir Ahmad, the fourth Ahmadiyya caliph was compelled to leave Pakistan and migrate following its promulgation. He left with his immediate family and 17 other Ahmadis for London on 29 April 1984, eventually moving the headquarters of the Community to London during his years of exile”

  4. If imam Fatty cannot speak for all Gambian Muslims, Omar Jallow cannot speak Gambian Muslims either. He is a politician not even revered outside outside greater Banjul area. Politician are like prostitudes can use even unethical ways to acheive their objectives.Soam not surprise surprise that the he prayed behind the Ahmadiya in Badibu when majority Muslims are not. I am. Seeing this Ahmadiyya issue on different latitud free from any inducement from them. Ahmadiyya have been present in this country for many years but their influence is still minimal and insignificant. In Badibu it is decreasing thanks to children being exposed to madarassas education.Gambians are aware of this and indeed Allah is. Has not Allah said His religion will continue rise very all others ? For me whether Ahmadiyya are granted licence or no is a matter for Gambia of the day to stomach . However , they should bear two things in mind: 1. Granting licence to Ahmadiyya by this govt. Can be reversed by any future Gambian govt. Are we not now reversing laws of the previous government ? 2.Granting licence to Ahmadiyya would result to setting a presidence.Presidence that they would not be able to controlled. Once the sluice gate is opened more applications from able Gambian would follow; religious or therwise.there are 73 sects in islam. Some sects do not even believe in the oneness of Allah, others believe he begets yet others believe the holy prophet is not the last in contravention to the QURANIC teachings etc. What if all these sects also apply for licence. All irresponsible governments would be judged by history.

    1. OJ is a minister for state. Imam Fatty is just an imam. Do you see the difference. State Minister works for Gambia and Imam Fatty is a practitioner of a religion that is not a state a religion but a belief that people can chose to be part of. There is a bigger difference between the two. We talking TV license, whats on social media is bigger than a single TV station. If Gambian cititizens who are Ahmadiya wants a TV stattion thats their right. What OJ should be doing other wise is not to be replying to people like Imam Fatty, he should be talking about agriculture, and let the mister of interior, justice or information takes care of this imam Fatty who does not what a citizen right is and what his role as an imam is.

Ahmadiyya is not a threat to true Muslims so let them have their way and do what they like. Whoever chooses darkness instead of light after the light have come to you then with Allah is your judgement. Everyone one with your own grave and no soul can bear the burden of another soul…

The government cannot be deny anyone a TV Licence on the basis of their religion. That would be discriminatory on the part of the state which is expected to treat everyone equally. If, however, Gambia was an Islamic State with the Sharia as our Law, then it would be a different case. If Gambians want Sharia to be applied within the Gambia, then let them task the State to hold a referendum. Until then, religious pluralism, enshrined within a secular constitution is the order of the day.

How pathetic that you alone is against the entire scholarship of Islam regarding the fate of these hypocrites. Let me warn you that it is Allah’s promise that he will complete this DEEN of his even if the Kafirs, Mushriks and Munafiqs hate it. The battle you are fighting is not against Imam Fatty of SIC but against Allah and His Rasul (SAW). We will show you this country is a Muslim country whether you like it or not and you and your helpers will never succeed in making Gambia otherwise.

If we want to hold this stigma over everyone’s head who had break chicken and turkey with Jammeh, believe me very few will stand out. This is the same fella who keeps emphasising the need to forgive each other and move on yet he keeps lamenting and blaming Imam Fatty for the past. Imam Fatty like many other Gambians had fallen prey to Jammeh’s evil actions but notwithstanding he has also done so much good including being the first imam who publicly admonished Jammeh on his Pulpit in State House during the wee days of the Jammeh era. The Gambia is a state of religious people (Muslims and Christians) and you will woefully fail in turning it into a so called secular state. We will fight you with every fibre of blood in our veins and in Allah we put our trust.

Ahmadis claimed that anyone who does not believe in the prophethood of Qulam Ahmad is a disbeliever and will go to hell. That means OJ’s late father is going to hell.
OJ was very ignorant in praying at Ahmadi mosque because that means he believe that, their aqeeda is correct.
Shall we judge Imam fatty for posterity by his rendezvous with Yaya or shall be gauge the truth of what he said. If we should judge him by his tenure with Yaya then can we judge OJ by his record in Sapu and Jahally rice fields where he undermined competent managers like Mr JARJUE who i was fortunate to meet in Sapu in 1995.
OJ’s record at ministry of agriculture was dismal and his record in his constituency is mixed. He helped people yes but the roads in that area for 10 years of his tenure were impassable during rainy season.
If we want to know about islamic stand on religious issues, we will not go to OJ because i guess he didn’t even memorize Amma Juz.
Please if u think you are on the right side call a referendum, the people of Gambia will destroy that elitist scribed document called the constitution which is devoid of the aspirations of the majority of muslims npt fuslims. What a betrayal of our deen. Tell our people tuw constitution is secular next time you do a referendum.

Is it not a fact that it is secular? If Muslim Gambians are unhappy with that then the solution is not to deny people of other faiths their rights, but rather to challenge the existing laws of the country by demanding a referendum do adopt Sharia Law. Failing that they can task the law makers to put into being a law prohibiting Ahmadiyyas to publicly associate themselves with Islam. But we cannot just take the law into our hands. There is a process to be followed. Wa salam.

Ablie Nyangkoling Fatty has no right to talk about state issues and issues of citizinery rights. You should know, Ablie Fatty is a just an ordinary citizen and must respect state authority. He is commiting a crime against the state and certain citizens.

Another fallacy in your writing is the believe that Gambia is a Muslim country! Thats false and nonsense. You are like Ablie Fatty who have no idea of what our constitution says about the sate! You like it not not, Gambia is a secular state. Get informed. Fatty did to fall to Jammeh, he suscribed to his evil deeds and glorified him, and to the extend of comparing him to prophets. He is the wrong person to talk on behalf of the illegal supreme isalmic council, that I believe Gambia government should sermorn to the Janneh Commission.

If you think that the religion of Islam is about fighting, doing blood shed and violence, then you dont know what the word “ISLAM” means. Go and read and know your religion, and stop following these brained washed mouth pieces of Saudi global politics and strategy for social and economic dominance. Get informed. Thats what Allah first told Prophet Muhammad (PBH). Allah did not just asked the Prophet to worship Him or fight the unbelievers! He first asked him to read. 9. The Gambia is not an Islamic State and therefore, the constitution is not sharia, either. Where does that leave us? You can observe and practice any religion of your choice without fear of intimidation or harassment. It wouldn’t have a major issue had it been Christians who wanted to established a TV station. Why the Ahmadiyans? The country belongs to everyone and it’s not everyone who is a Muslim. Some are Muslims, Christians, Ahmadiyans, Pagans etc. Even in Christianity, there are different Christian sects (Anglican, Methodist, SDA etc) but you don’t see them at loggerheads. They always live side by side. So why is it different when it comes to Islam? You cannot crash religion with politics. The SIC is not a political party neither is Imam Fatty and I see no reason why they think their voices really matter when it comes to running the affairs of the State. You never heard the Christian Council get involved in politics, and we expect SIC to do the same.

My response to OJ saying that Ahmadis are Muslim, well that only indicates OJ’s ignorance of his religion as a Muslim. Because who ever oppose the true teaching of the Holy Qur’an, you are not a Muslim. Because Allah said: “(I have been sent to the red and the black. ) Prophet-hood ended with him, and there is no Prophet or Messenger to come after him, but his way will remain as long as night and day remain, until the Day of Resurrect ion.” Allah said Muhammad PBUH is the last prophet and whoever believe otherwise and support such cause you are a disbeliever

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us to be tolerant to other people of other faiths, even within the Islamic Umaah. No Muslim knows more about tolerance than Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Therefore, Muslim brothers like scholar Fatty should exercise that tolerance in order to nurture our new freedom and democracy. Ahmadis practise Islam in the way they believe. So do I and all other practising Muslims. Ahmadis have contributed a lot and are continuing to do more for our national development. I have known many Gambian non-Ahmadis who were schooled through the Ahmadi school system in The Gambia but they do not practise Islam as the Ahmadis do. Thousands of Gambians go to seek medical care at Ahmadi medical facilities in The Gambia every year but the Ahmadis do not condition those patients to practise Ahmadi way of Islam before they are treated. So, why do scholar Fatty and others like him think that if the Ahmadis operate their TV station in The Gambia, thousands of Gambians will start practising Ahmadi way of Islam? Only Allah (SWT) knows who is practising the “right” way of Islam. So please scholar Fatty and others like him, refrain yourselves from hate mongering. The Supreme Islamic Council should continue to increase their Daawah activities to counteract any Islamic practice they believe contravenes their own way of Islam. That would be a healthy battle of the minds than what SIC advocates for now against the Ahmadi sect of Islam. Thank you.

    1. Imam Fatty is not an Islamic scholar but an imam of a local mosque, So lets get that straight. Let imam Fatty stay within the preview of religion within his mosque.

Shove your Arrogant PhD aside. You exhibit delimited knowledge of islam.
The ulama agreed that based on their books and utterances, the Qadiyan are Kafirs and among them was Abdul Aalla mawdudi.
He was an intellectual giant of his generation. You can’t compare yourself to him. Our great scholar Sheik Hatab Bojang was in that meeting and he knows islamic jurisprudence far better than you.
If you are Phd, you are qualified in your area but not Qur’an and hadith.

    1. My brother. Since you are a muslim and are trying to put across your point of view from an Islamic perspective, why don’t you act and respond in a way that is befitting of a muslim. The prophet (peace be upon him) encouraged us to exhibit excellent character and manners when dealing with people. Indeed, when he (peace be upon) spoke with non muslims, he spoke with humility and respect – never angrily. Indeed, Musa (alaihi salam) was asked to speak with arguably one of the worst human beings to have ever lived on this earth, the Pharaoh, he was told to speak gently with him using soft words. So my brother I encourage you to emulate the example of our prophets.

Now concerning the content of your response, I see nothing contradictory to Islamic teachings in the response of Dr. Yaffa. But my knowledge is very limited. So if you have knowledge to share with us regarding the statements made by the doctor above, we are more than happy to be enlightened. Allah knows best. Wa salam
      Wa salam.

    2. Who are the those Ulamas? For your information, thats not what the quran says, See, the reference! these are agents of the Saudi brutality and their ideas that is exported to the shores of The Gambia. Lets stop helping people spreading hate through religion in our country. Those episodes of Yaya Jammeh should never be allowed again.

I believe no Muslim is trying to defend Ahmadiyaas here because there is no such argurment that is called for. The issue is Imam Fatty denying Gambian citizens their right to own a TV station in their country of birth, In fact, let people believe in what they want, Thats between them and Allah and not Imam Fatty. God never appointed him be judging who is Muslim and who is not, and if one is not Muslim then you should lose citizenship previledges. We have to be careful of things we support.

There is a relevant story in the life of the Prophet of Islam that aptly illustrates this principle. The Prophet of Islam migrated from Mecca to Medina where there were some Jewish living in Medina. One day it happened that the Prophet of Islam, seated at that time, saw a funeral procession passing through a street in Medina. On seeing the funeral, he stood up in deference. One of his companions said, “O Prophet! That was the funeral of the Jew, not a Muslim.” The Prophet replied: “was he not a human being?” “There is no compulsion in religion” ..verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path” (al-Baqrah 2:256).

So, please let people! Imam Fatty is not the Prophet and will never be. Imam should swallow his pride and accept the importance that was attached to him during Jammeh’s time is no more. Let him stop comparing Jawara government to Jammeh the criminal.

Anonymous, thanks for your befitting advice for Mr. Lamin Darboe who I think is angry at me for my thoughts on this subject matter. Utterance of foul words in Islam is not encouraged by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). If my academic qualification (ie. Ph.D. degree) is what Mr. Darboe does not like and in consequence used a foul statement in his response to my written views on this issue, I ask Allah(SWT) to cleanse his heart of such a bad temper and arrogance. May Allah(SWT) Guide us to be tolerant of each other’s views. Aameen.

The very reason you hide behind a burga and trade barbs is an indication of cowardice and disingenuousness.
I know OJ very very well and he did helped me when I was doing my A’level in 1989. When it come to deen there is no Alfayaa or elder person sentiment albeit one has to be polite when advising them.
It is the truth of Qur’an and sunnah which as far I know OJ has foundational knowledge and need to leave this issue to ulama. You can see Dembo Byforce and the presidency both did not not evince any defence for the Qadiyani why.
What i said was true. He is someone dad yes but a public figure who skated on the wrong waves.
OJ was agricultural Minister and we all know how he undermined Seedy JARJUE, an ardent agriculturalist with immense ability to revolutionise rice production early 90s.
Qadiayani aqeeda is kafir aqeeda and they should not be allowed in the Gambia in the first instance because they paving they were polluting the imaan of folks. It was the corrupt PPP regime that allowed them in, in the guise of providing education and health service whoch to mind is repudiation of the government’s sacrosanct responsibilty to its people.
The Gambia is muslim country not a secular country. Please note the difference and if OIC know about Gambia government’s sending an expensive delegations to their conference in UK, they may not stage the OIC conference in the GAMBIA.
As for Mr PhD, no one appellate his qualification here, perhaps it was done to intimidate us. I am equally very qualified accountant but that is secondary here and i don’t like to parade my qualification because it is not that important. It is just for you to put bread on the table like a carpenter and tailor does, it makes difference if you use yiur qualifications to change then life of your community for the better.
In UK you hardly see a PhD in work place but in universities where they compete in mesmerising theoreticals and hypotheticals but can hardly change the life of students lol…
As Louis Farakhan put it..m is doctor can’t change tye living condition of his people then a doctor need a doctor… Thats just a parody but indeed there are great minds who made great discoveries which revolutionise life. Ofcourse not lousy professors especially those in the Gambia who drained our university finances with first class travels.
Qadiayani should not be allowed to station a T.V. outlet and if the government allow that, Al-Qaeda and Boko Haram can recruit Gambias and apply for a license. That will be a recipe fpr conflict and tye Qadiyani in my mind are on par with fundamentalist, just go and see the mistrust and discord they hatched in Badibu.
As for there hospital, the government should gather statistic on the efficacy of their treatments as must patients end up being referred to RVH when its too late. They should find out how many Ulama die there. My sheik Dembo Touray died there and I cannot understand why he chose that useless Pakistani hospital.

    1. Stop the missinformation. The Prophet will not have condone this hate and pretence of Imam Fatty. Its Gambians applying for a TV licensens. There is much more crap on social media. Will you not block that. I dont think Muslims should be scared of Ahmadiyyas. They should seek knowledge and follow the teachings of the Holly Quran, then they conquer the Ahmadiyaa movement and any other. However, I suspect the Ahmadiyya movement are not claiming to be a different religion. They are not denying anyone to believe in what they believe, so why so should some ordinary citizen try to deny them their citizen rights? This is not who is a Muslim and who is not! Its about Imam Fatty descriminating fellow citizens. Thats what we should understand.

  21. As-Salamu ‘alaykum WarahmatullAahi Wabarakaatuh! I was so disappointed that OJ couldn’t differentiate a Muslim and a non-Muslim. He was considering Ahmadis as Muslims which was a grave sin he committed. OJ must go back to darra to be able to distinguish a Muslim from a non-Muslim. He didn’t also know that Ahmadiyya isn’t counted by any authentic Islamic scholar an Islamic sect. I end by saying: ‘The most successful aged Muslim is the one who has spent his/her entire life on the true worshipping of Allaah but the most failed aged Muslim is the one who has spent his/her entire life on the disobedience of Allaah”. May Allaah guide us all.

    1. Thats your opinion about Ahmadiyyas. They claimed to be Muslims and OJ must be politically correct to call them what they think they are. Our understanding of the deen is so low, becuase mass low educated Saudi students that were all sent to these imam schools pretending to be knowledgeable in The Gambia. We know the propaganda they put in their heads.

Mr. Lamin Darboe, good morning from The Gambia. Please do not be intimidated by my academic qualifications, as was insinuated by your last posting on this forum. You could equally post your academic qualifications online if you choose to do so. From now on, please let’s just focus on the issue at hand for this discussion. I urge you to read or read again the Constitution of The Gambia to find out if the Constitution states that The Gambia is a Muslim country or a Secular country. I want you to enlighten me more about your last posting vis-a-vis OIC, The Gambia delegation, and the United Kingdom. I would finally encourage you to exercise patience and tolerance with people when you discuss such a sensitive and emotional issue like Islam. Your suggestion regarding Boko Haram and Al-Qaida recruiting Gambians to apply for a TV station license in The Gambia borders on national security issues which I will not respond to with you. Thank you and have a good week.

I notice that you secularist think anyone who defend islam basen on authentic knowledge is either a fundamentalist or undemocratic with subtle insinuation that islam has to bend and accepts secularist theories. Theory because no where in the wIorld it is practiced (see Lamin Darboe article on Freedomnewspaper on Qafiayani TV). All democracies deal with issues based on national economic and seciruty interest and Gambia is contending with such an issue right now.
QADIAYANI are less than 0.5% of the population, to allow an influential platform like a TV to cast aspersions on our fundamental belief of the finality of prophets in our faces would be the greatest betrayal of our government.
I am very suspicious of this document call the constitution because it is unrepresentative of the aspirations and believes of majority of ordinary Gambia who can’t rrad and write. I was there when the first constitution in Jammeh era was penned. It omitted a good parts of near unanimous response of the ordinary people. Instead it contained the views of elites like you and tje government of the day want. It is not a sacred text that muslims take religious authority from. For muslims, Allah is the sovereign not the parliament but for the secularist it is the opposite and you shall stand before Allah on the day of qiyama and defend youself.
Qadiyanism TV issue is potential sevurity threat and it is important we view it from that perspective. Forgive me if offended you but the truth is, we as muslim must not be not be deceived by superficial secular narratives foist on us by elites. Ask the ordinary 96% muslim population of the Gambia about Qadiyani TV, you will get a resounding rejection. Imam Fatty will all his errs, his views represent the views of majority of orthodox muslims and the generality of the ulama. Not seculatist thumpers and hot constitutionalist. Allah and his pprophet pbuh urged us to respect our ulama and you might see from the Talinding conference the strong rejection of Qadiyani TV sentiments. salam alla mani ittabal hudda.

    1. Your falsy is a total missconception! Even where there is 0.5% of a population to be non-muslim, they have rights in their country! Go and read and know your religion and stop spreading hate and falsehood. You people are arguing about Islamic juripudence,, Sharia for God sake! Do we have sharia in Gambia? No !!! so please, get educated about state matters and stop this Ablie fatty foolishness! “For muslims, Allah is the sovereign not the parliament but for the secularist it is the opposite and you shall stand before Allah on the day of qiyama and defend youself”. truely, you should seek knowledge and understand the God, religion and humankind! The views of Ablie Fatty is what is implanted in his head and that does not represent us as Africans and Gambians. Ahmadiyys have been here for ages and never attacked any Gambian. What we are doing to others we differ from is sinful and that is not what Allah has asked us to do! Seek knowledge and ask them to bring their proff, and convince them to come to your path and not the hate and non-evidential statements and proganda that Ablie Fatty and his friends are trying to spread. read Quran and find out for your yourself. Am telling you, many of these people running around Calling themselves Islamic scholars are just undergraduates with methodlology skills. They just read what there teachers from east have said, who usually refers to their societies and the Environment they are acustom to. Imam Fatty and his followers are not versed in globasl politics, economics and state matters. They have never carried out an independent research of their own on matters that speak about, and have no authority waht so ever to make rulings on such matters they have very Little knowledge of.

  24. Oj Exposed
Now we know that the minister is a Qadiyani and we will deal with him as such. He is a certified Kafir by the the unanimous decision of our Ulama. OJ was the head of the delegation to attend the heretic meeting of Qadiyanis in UK wasting our vital resources which some benevolent donors gave to our country to sustain out budget. What a waste by a transitional government which is suffering from budgetary problems.
Imam fatty was very right and his suspicions have now been confirmed by the video of his speech at the heretic gathering.
Now we know VOTING FOR PPP MEANS VOTING FOR THE QADIYANI INFLUENCE TO SPREAD IN THE GAMBIA.

  25. “He is a certified Kafir by the the unanimous decision of our Ulama”. Subhana Allah. You dont know what you are saying! arrogance and ignorance can make you sinned. Ask for forgiveness from OJ. If OJ was the head of delegation to attend a Ahmadiyaa meeting in UK as you claimed, then that was not from state covers! And beside, do you know when Ahmadiyyas started in Gambia? Imam Fatty is very wrong, and his pretence of being knowledgeable about islam is just a bluff because he knows the type of society he lives in. You can see the political agenda in your nonesense propaganda. Jammeh is gone, and you the supporters of can just take that as a bygone. it will never happend here again. Religion is private, and state affairs should be handled by people we entrust in public office and not uninformed people like Imam Fatty.

  27. The Minister of Agriculture. O.J. Jallow (who Gambians now know is Ahmadiyya) and the Information Minister, D.A. Jawo are on record for pitting Ahmadiyya against the majority Sunnil population of this country. Allaah is watching. Why worldwide Muslims consider Ahmadiyya as Apostates ( Zindeeq) are as follows: 1. The Holy Prophet (SAAW) said: ” In my Ummah, there shall be born Thirty Grand Liars (Dajjals),each of whom will claim to be prophet, But I am the Last Prophet; there is No Prophet after Me.”( Abu Dalwood volume 2 p. 228; Tirmidhi vol. 2 p.45 ). The Holy Prophet (SAAW) further affirmed this in his last sermon on Mount Arafat (available online). The Holy Qur’aan also unambiguously
mentioned it. After all this,Qulam Ahmad claimed to be a prophet, thereby denying the Qur’aan and Sunna. For all Ahmadiyya /Quaddianis please note: “Those who Molest Allaah and his Appostle, Allaah has Cursed them in This world and in the Hereafter, and has Prepared for them a Humiliating Punishment ” ( al- Qur’aan 33:57). Other reasons to follow by quoting from Qulam Ahmad’s own book , Rouhani khazane ( volumes of books which 90% of Ahmadiyya / Quaddianis have never been allowed to see; because their falsehood would be exposed).
