Officials of ageing with a Smile Initiative, a voluntary community-based organisation for the elderly met last week to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the organisation's existence. The celebration which was held at the National Malaria Control Program headquarters in Kanifing, was meant to reflect on the achievements registered by the orgnisation in promoting the rights and welfare of the elderly.
