The high court in Brikama yesterday adjourned the case of Sangnajor caliph Muhideen Hydara and his co-accused for ruling on stay of proceedings after both the defence and state counsel made their arguments and submissions as to whether the lower court has the jurisdiction and authority to proceed with the matter.
