The Banjul Magistrates Court was Tuesdsay supposed to rule on the fate of former permanent secretary at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Mambanyick Njie, but the decision on his fate was adjourned to another day owing to the no-show of Magistrate Dawda Jallow .
