FOOTBALL LEADERSHIP SHOULD BE MORE THAN VOLUNTEERISM
Charles Thomas, a retired civil servant and an erudite sports administrator has recommended for an amendment to the Gambia Football Federation constitution to allow room for executive members to dedicate more time to the running of the game rather than just being volunteers as is the case now. He made this observation in a recent paper he presented to a national football forum called by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
