Public enterprises were carefree under Jammeh – assembly committee member

Some of these irregularities happened in 2015-2016 and the PEC is only trying to clear the backlog, but from 2017 no institution will have an excuse to degenerate into such terrible state because of the system we would put in place, he told The Standard at the assembly recently.
