A delegation comprising former Gambian women footballers returned from Berlin, Germany, Monday after representing the country at the Discover Football Festival. The Gambia’s participation is facilitated by The Gambia Football Federation.
The president of the GFF, Lamin Kaba Bajo congratulated the participants for representing the country with distinction. He assured that women’s football is at the heart of his development agenda and will stop at nothing to ensure that that agenda is advanced. While in Germany the women took part in various activities including workshops.
