The governor of the Central of Bank of The Gambia yesterday testified before the Public Accounts and Public Enterprises committees of the National Assembly revealing that “The Gambia's overall budget deficit including grants was D2.7 billion (8.0 percent of the GDP) in 2013, higher than the deficit of D1.3 billion (5.9 percent of GDP) in 2012”.
