The National Council for Civic Education recently conducted a 12 day sensitisation for 36 communities on decentralisation and local governance in relation to the Local Government Act of 2002, and 1997 Constitution of The Gambia.The latest of these events was held in Kerr Jatta, North Bank Region by the National Council for Civic Education (NCCE).
