The jailed former secretary general and head of civil service, Dr Njogu Bah, yesterday told the Banjul Magistrates Court that he was not in position to justify the reasons behind the renewal of the contract of the then permanent secretary at foreign affairs, Yusupha Dibba. This, he disclosed, was due to the fact that he was not responsible for the renewal of contracts.
