Hopes are high in the opposition National Reconciliation Party (NRP) camp of winning the Janjanbureh by-election slated for 12 March. The party's candidate and one of its bigwigs are upbeat about taking the seat from the ruling Alliance for Patriotic Re-orientation and Construction (APRC) for the first time since 1997.
