The National Training Authority on Monday said the technical and vocational education and training landscape is undergoing a dramatic transformation which is important in responding to the long-term development needs of the country. The institution made this known in a report it presented to lawmakers comprising the public accounts and public enterprises committee of the National Assembly in Banjul.
