The secretary general, head of the civil service and minister of presidential affairs, Dr Kalidu Bayo has been removed in a minor cabinet reshuffle by President Jammeh. According to a statement from the presidency, also relieved of his duties is the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Basirou Mahoney.
