Lamin MK Sanyang, former sales manager of Enterprise Life Insurance has filed a civil suit against his former employer at the Kanifing Industrial Tribunal for wrongful termination of his services without due procedure in accordance with the Labour Act. He is also claiming for reinstatement and payment of the salaries for the month of June, 2014.
