Saidou Nourou Ba is a career diplomat who served as the last executive secretary of the Senegambian Secretariat in The Gambia.
He was in The Gambia at the time of the 1981 abortive coup and was held hostage by the rebels led by the late Kukoi Samba Sanyang.
