Trust Bank Gambia Limited

Trust Bank Gambia Limited yesterday launched a new Mobile Banking App and USSD service, aimed at providing world-class banking experience to its customers.

The Mobile Banking App is available for download on Google Play and on the Apple app store whilst the USSD is used by simply dialing a short prescribed code.

Speaking at the launch the Managing Director of Trust Bank Gambia Limited Ebrima Sallah, said the move is a significant decision aimed at enhancing inclusion as the Bank continues to break boundaries and leverage on its robust information technology platform to bring solutions for customers.

”This is yet another testimony of our deep commitment to the philosophy of putting our customers’ needs as the focal point of our business, and I have no doubt that the products will further propel the growth of mobile banking in the country”. MD Sallah said.

”Today marks yet another milestone in our efforts to integrate convenience into banking services. Trust Bank LTD has pioneered many innovative solutions for our customers like internet banking, Bill Payment system and transaction alerts amongst others.”

He said the banking app can be accessed from a mobile device with internet connection, whilst the USSD service does not depend on internet connection as it can be operated from the simplest mobile phone device.

Trust Bank Mobile Banking App and USSD are enhanced with new looks and exciting features to improve user experience.

‘We will offer our customers a unique and unparalleled experience in their interactions with our new mobile banking app and USSD. I have no doubt that the2 products will impact on the lives of our customers in terms of convenience,” MD Sallah added.

He said the bank will continue to be innovative to stay relevant, which is a consequence of understanding the needs of their target customers. Other speaker at the launch included Dodou Nyang head of Retail Banking.
