The world's most celebrated Chef, Master Chef Charlie Marshall, last Friday arrived in the country aboard the SN Brussels airliner. The Brazilian-born award-winning cook will spend ten days in town to help shape the culinary landscape of the country as well as help market 'The Smiling Coast' to the global market.
