The formal handing over was done almost ten days after the elections that ushered in the new executive.
Speaking on the radio on the eve of the handing over, Normalisation chairman Alhagie Sillah said he and his committee are proud that they have contributed to the advancement of Gambian football by among other things pushing for the lifting of the Caf ban on the country.
“Our short stay at Football House has enabled us to connect with Gambian football stakeholders and to fully understand the current state of the game,” he said.
New president Lamin Kaba took office with a call for unity and patriotism and personal promise to do his utmost for The Gambia in the area of football.]]>
