President Adama Barrow will be returning to Banjul today, Thursday after ten days in rural Gambia, his NPP announced yesterday.
According to the NPP, during the ten-day tour, tens of thousands of members and supporters of the NPP accorded him a thunderous welcome in 14 meetings in North Bank, Central River, Upper River and Lower River regions.
The Gambian leader depart midday from Mansakonko and is expected to be escorted from Kalagi by large crowds. The NPP called on all to welcome the president.
