The disciplines are football, volleyball, draft, wrestling, and athletics. According to Mr Secka, a few of disciplines will feature both male and females while others are for males strictly. The competitions will be staged between the seven regions in the country.
On the preparations, Mr Secka said the NSC is liaising with officials of the sporting associations concerned and already work is underway on refurbishing existing infrastructure of each of the sports in LRR.
The annual youth and sports gathering will open in Soma on December 14.
