From the Gambian side are Ousman Njie of Nusrat, Marr Nyang of the International Business College, Fatoumatta Yabo of Stratford College and Aji Rohey Bah of the University of The Gambia who would open the two-day event on topics dealing with the integration of the Senegambian people.
The students selected from Senegal are Elhadj Sylla of Cheikh Anta Diop University, Ameth Fall of Bambey University, Dierre Diediou of Univesity, Assane Seck in Ziguinchor. The students form part one of the programme which opens on May 31, and will continue the next day with a speech by professors from both countries.
The Sene-Gambia symposium is organised by the Senegalese Gambian association for integration and socio- economic development, SGAISD, with chapters in both The Gambia and Senegal.
It will be held from May 31 to June 1 in Banjul.
