Manneh , who along with former National team coach Peter Bonu Johnson recently attended the Fifa 2014 World Cup  technical review meeting in Cairo, said the three are Pa Faye Suwareh Peter Bonu Johnson and he Ebrima manneh himself. The course will take place in Cameroon next month. 

 Manneh further said that he was made to understand while in Cairo that the performance of Gambian referee Papa Gassama had won admiration of the Fifa referee’s committee chairman Masiimoo Lusaca . “The fact that a referee from a non -professional league like the Gambia could do this well has impressed Mr Lusaca’,’ Manneh said. 

“As you know referees selection were based on personality, ability to read the game as well as understanding different football mentalities,” Manneh added. 

 Speaking generally on the meeting, Manneh said the aim of the conference was for participants to have the chance to review, through both visual and narrative presentations, the technical matters from the Brazil 2014 world cup and discuss the experiences and feedbacks on variety of issues therein.

‘This include the general technical/tactical analysis; presentation of technical study group report and relevant material; trends and key factors for success, among others,” he said.
