Observer gets new MD, as Saidy goes to GRTS

Modou Saidy served as director of press at the Office of the President before his removal and subsequent redeployment to Daily Observer in 2013 as managing director.

At the time of going to press, Saidy was contacted for comment but he said he was in a meeting.
