The Gambia yesterday reported 107 new Covid-19 cases, making it the highest daily record since August 2020.
Three new deaths took the total number of deaths from March 2020 to 188.

According to the situation report, the decedents were 2 females and 1 male, aged 36, 73 and 42 respectively.
The 107 new cases registered took the total number of COVID-19 cases ever confirmed in the country to 6,521. The cases are 59 males and 47 females.
Twelve (12) COVID-19 patients are currently on oxygen therapy.
Currently, no one is in hotel quarantine, 371 active cases and a crude case-fatality ratio of 2.9%.
