The information passed to all the 31 NAMs obtained by The Standard, from a source reads: โ€œPlease be informed that we are in receipt of the summon notices from the Supreme Court in respect of a suit against the 31 NAMs who signed the All-Party Caucus Resolution. The summoned is deposited in your respective pigeonholes [mailboxes]. Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday 13th March, 2019 at 9:30am at the Supreme Court of The Gambiaโ€.
The Standard reached out to one of them Salifu Jawo of Jokadu who said: โ€œWe were just informed by one Khalifa Mbye, a desk officer at the National Assembly that all those who signed the All-Party Caucus Resolution should appear at the Supreme Court on Wednesday 9:30.
