Baby Scorpions dock in Dakar

Gambia U-17 (Baby Scorpions ) have finally arrived in Dakar, Senegal ahead of the WAFU Zone A U-17 tournament 9th – 19th September.
The team is hosted at Hotel Novotel.
Team Manager Sadibou Kamaso says the team arrived safely after an overland trek from Banjul on Monday afternoon.
“We are currently at Imodsen to confirm the MRI test results. This one is conducted and paid for by CAF’, Team Manager Sadibou Kamaso explained.
The Gambia is grouped with Mali and Liberia and will face off with familiar opponents Mali in their opener on Sunday 9th September.
