The Balance Crew, a youth-led organisation, with support from partners recently renovated a mosque in Mandinaba, West Coast Region.
The organisation’s members stormed Mandinaba with some materials which included 13 sheets of cardboard, two oil paint, paint brushes, bag of cement and water paint.
Speaking to journalists after the renovation exercise, the CEO Balance Crew, Baba Ceesay, spoke at length on the organisation’s new initiative ‘Share Hand’.

“Share Hand is specifically tailored in supporting the needy in a number of ways by simply taking from the rich and give it to the underprivileged,” Baba Ceesay.
Ceesay said the Balance Crew has been embarking on this exercise for the past two years and they have visited homes which are devastated and helped them renovate.
