Barrow condoles with NPP members over demise of deputy regional chairman

The National People’s Party (NPP) has announced the death of its deputy regional chairman for Kanifing Municipality, Tofi Kanuteh, who passed away yesterday, July 27.

A statement issued by the party quoted President Barrow paying tribute to Kanuteh, describing him as a committed, loyal and selfless member of the NPP who made significant contributions to the  growth of the party in his region and beyond.

The president extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, relatives and friends of the late Kanuteh, as well as the people of Manjai Kunda, NPP members across the country, leaders and members of all political parties, and everyone affected by the loss.

The late politician was laid to rest yesterday afternoon.
