By Omar Bah The Coalition spokesperson, Halifa Sallah, has told journalists yesterday that the much anticipated new cabinet will be unveiled to the public today. Mr Sallah also said the National Assembly will sit to annul the state of emergency declared by the former leader, Yahya Jammeh barely 24 hours before his term expired. Barrow’s spokesperson was addressing a press conference yesterday at the Kairaba Beach Hotel. He said that ECOWAS forces are on their way to the country and would help sanitize the State House. Mr Sallah clarifies that the coming of the forces is not an invasion but for security. He disclosed that President Barrow is consulting with ECOWAS and security forces to ensure his safe return as soon as possible.]]>
