The account officer at the Office of the President has told the Janneh Commission that the total per-diem spent on Jammeh and his delegation from 2011-2016 was D302, 000, 000.
Adama Njie said she was responsible for the payment of per-diem which was mainly from the special security account.

According to her, millions were spent as per-diem on Jammeh and his delegation to Washington in 2011 while in 2013, a sum of D69,600,000 was paid for six trips out of which one was to Paris, France.
She was then asked to prepare all the payments, list of trips and destinations in her next appearance.
Lang Conteh, former director of foreign exchange at the Central Bank while testifying, said when he was arrested and charged, there was nothing in the charge sheet regarding Kairaba Beach Hotel neither was it mentioned during the course of his trial.

He claimed that Jammeh wanted him and Baba Jobe to transfer the ownership of Kairaba to Amadou Samba but they refused and the only thing they agreed was to transfer the management to Mr. Samba which they did in writing.

He said when he went to the hotel to deliver the letter to the manager, Mr. Samba showed up but Baba Jobe was not happy. He said after that transaction, he did not know anything about the hotel.
