ECOWAS forces take over State House

By Omar Bah The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) coalition forces that have been on standby in the Gambia-Senegal borders have yesterday mounted security operations at the State House. Reports indicate that forces are occupying the State House to inspect the place ahead of the imminent arrival of President Adama Barrow. The regional troops are expected to coordinate with the Gambian army to ensure peace and security of the country after a scary two-month political crisis.]]>
