Fifa has placed a ten-year ban on Gambian referee Ebrima Jallow, a credible source told The Standard late last night. A short write-up obtained by The Standard on the matter reads:
“The official Jallow Ebrima is sanctioned worldwide with a ten (10) years suspension. This sanction covers the participation, in any capacity, in any competition or activity authorised or organised by FIFA or any association, a club or other member organisation of an association, or in competitions authorised or organised by any professional Ieague or any international or national Ievel competition, organisation or any elite or national—Ievel sporting activity funded by a governmental agency.”
