Five countries, Senegal, Gambia, Benin, Niger and Ivory Coast will take part in the championship which features running, sword fighting, shooting and swimming. Most of the events will take place at the Serekunda East Semega Janneh Hall but the great exhibition will be on Sunday at the Poko- loco beach. The newly formed pentathlon association in The Gambia is urging all Gambians to support the national team in this championship.
