Futty and Tea-Boy leave Malaysian clubs after one season

The Gambian duo Mamadou ‘Futty’ Danso and Abdou ‘Tea-Boy’ Jammeh have left Kelantan FA and PKNS FC after just a season in Malaysia.
Futty, who joined Kelantan on a one-year contract earlier this year after spending the entirety of his career in the United States of America, leaves at the end of the Malaysian Super League season with the club not taking the option to renew his contract.

The 34-year-old featured 22 times for Kelantan who finished 10th on the table with 22 points.
Futty’s compatriot Abdou Jammeh, also had his contract not renewed by PKNS despite scoring twice during his short-stint with the Selangor-based club.
The 31-year-old former Gambia captain made just nine appearances for PKNS who ended the campaign on seventh on the table.
