The meeting will take place early next month in the Senegalese capital Dakar, and would attract 54 participants, 6 from each of the nine member nations of Zone A.

A top official from the GFF yesterday confirmed The Gambia’s participation to the meeting and added that preparations are on to identify the six delegates that would go from The Gambia. ”We  are working on sending four from the GFF, example from management staff and or executive, and the other two should consist of one each, from the security services and government, example the Ministry of Sports,” our GFF source added.

The meeting is expected to sensitize the participants on how to tackle, corruption and security issues in football among other issues.
