GAMBIA U-20 TO PLAY 3 MATCHES AT MOROCCO CAMPING

The Gambia Under-20 team will fly to Morocco for a training camp that will also feature several other teams who will play friendlies ahead of the African youth championship in Mauritania starting February 14.

The Gambia and Morocco are joined in Group C in the tournament but Gambian officials said the two teams will not meet in the camping in Morocco.  According to GFF second vice president Ebou Faye, The Gambia has confirmed matches against Burkina Faso and Cameroon while confirmation awaits for another, possibly against Uganda.

The Gambia –Under 20 and others attending the camp will fly straight to Mauritania from the camp for the African youth championship.
