Gambian-Senegalese academics to write book

The book, sanctioned by the Senegalese–Gambian Association for Integration and Socio Economic Development, SGAISD, will be titled Senegambia Integration, and will discuss the prospect for integration of the people of the two nations, the potential gains, as well as the challenges   to tackle once such integration is achieved. When completed, the book will be translated into both English and French with thousands of copies to be freely distributed to all the Universities and tertiary institutions in The Gambia and Senegal and across the globe. Among the five Gambians to contribute chapters to the book are Ebou Momar Taal, Ambassador Bami Jagne, Dr Pierre Gomez, Dr Jeggan Senghor and lawyer Fafa M’Bai. From Senegal the list consist of Prof Iba Der Thiam, Prof Ibrahima Thioub, Prof Mor Ndao and Ambassador Saidou Nourou Ba among others.
