According to our source, the ultimatum was handed over to GFF president Mustapha Kebbeh at a meeting held at the Ministry of Youth and Sports when he turned up there on request Monday morning.
At the meeting, the GFF boss was asked to do away with his first and second vice presidents, technical director, the administrative secretary and the team manager.
An official from the Ministry of Youth and Sports confirmed the holding of the meeting but would not give details.
When contacted, GFF prexy Mustapha Kebbeh confirmed he was at a meeting at MOYS but he said he was not at liberty to reveal the details of the meeting as “nothing is conclusive”. However, our source revealed that the GFF president had asked for time to consult his executive committee over the issue. Yesterday at press time, The Standard was reliably informed that the GFF executive was at a meeting going into the night.
