GFF transfer window opens next week

The move is in accordance with Article 4 sub section (8) of the rules and regulations which states that transfer windows shall be opened for two weeks, at the end of the First Round of the GFF League and the end of the football season.

“Each club in the first and second division leagues can deregister seven (7) players and the deregistration fee per player is One Hundred Dalasis (D100:00) only,” the newsletter reported.

Meanwhile the GFF Organisising Committee have also announced that Sea View FC will from the second round of the league be called Marimoo FC after all parties have exhausted arrangements for the name change. The club was reported to have bought by Marimoo.

The Organising Committee further warned all clubs to take note of their jersey colours (Home and away) to avoid colour clash.
