Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, GNOC President MM Dibba expressed delight with the composition of the awards committee which he said is made up of highly knowledgeable personalities.

He seized the opportunity to remember the Late Alhagie Sait Mbye who served as GNOC awards committee chairman for several years, for his meticulous contributions to the success of the previous awards.
