Speaking at the opening ceremony, the president of the association Johnny Gomez, thanked the participants for their presence and urged them to take the courses seriously and prepare themselves to be future administrators of their clubs.
Wilfred Riley, the CAP course presenter for the programme, led the sessions. Among the areas which were dealt within this two-day course were how to form a club, organise a tournament, understand the need for organisation and matters dealing with schools league structure.
Participants were divided into three groups: Group Fula, Group Family and Group July 22nd, for group discussions on the topics covered.
