Isatou M Ceesay

Commonly known as Aisha Babz, 23-year-old Isatou attained prominence as co-host of two famous radio shows: Standard Vibes at Taranga FM and Spotlight on Capital FM, respectively.
She was inspired into journalism by popular newscaster, Fatou Sanneh-Ceesay of GRTS.
“When I saw her, I love the field so much that I started practising it when I was going to school, presenting news during assembly and going to radios and papers to see how they operate.”
Isatou now works at the Daily Observer and has been reporting on legal matters, sports, and entertainment.
