My name is Sainey Sissohor. I am 17 years old and a graduate of St Joseph’s Senior Secondary School. I live in Abuko and play as a left winger for Abuko Utd. I started my football career in 2010 at Abuko Utd female football club. Due to hard work, persistence, love and dedication to the game I was nominated as the most outstanding player in Abuko Utd.
In 2011 I played for the national U-17 team and served as the assistant captain for the Azerbaijan qualifiers 2012. I was very instrumental for the team and played all four games both home and away .I also played at Fifa U-17 female world cup in 2012 where I performed extremely well and I was named as the youngest player of the tournament .I came on as a substitute in a match against Korea and since then I have kept my position in the team as a starter. In the game against France I proved what I could do beyond reasonable doubt and scored a goal for my country. My ambition is to be a good ambassador of this country.
