With reference to the aforementioned caption, I am Mr Chee Kudu writing on behalf of the Immigrants in the Gambia, after sitting for seven to eight months without working. Some are living from hand to mouth, others are not even having the chance to work neither the cafeteria owners, restaurants, shopkeepers no the market vendors. It has been very difficult this year but still the Gambian immigration officers are still pursuing them to pay for their permit or alliance papers without no considerations of their conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. So I am appealing to the government to consider them because they are playing an important role in our country.
Mr. Chee Kudu is still lamenting that the government should look at Guinea Conakry’s situation; the military is fighting their civilians due to the recent presidential election that happens last month the crises are too much. People are being harassed, killed and tortured without any limits in Guinea Conakry. So their people have no where to seek for asylum that’s why some of them are here trying to struggle for their living in our country but still they don’t have peace in The Gambia, instead the Gambian Immigration Officers are pursuing them for their Residential Permit B or Alliance Papers. So Mr. Chee Kudu continues to appeal to our noble government to look at the matter and help them.
Sir Mr. Chee Kudu is still appealing for our noble government to look at their situations because it is very heart-touching and sad seeing our fellow African country in such a critical condition without giving them help. So Mr. Chee Kudu is begging our noble government of His Excellency Adama Barrow to look at the matter and consider their plight. Sir Mr. Chee Kudu is begging your government on behalf of the Immigrants in The Gambia.
