Ali Fofana, 45, from Madiana is seeking support to operate a growing goiter that has affected his entire neck.
He is to undergo an Incisional Biopsy at the Medicare Health Center at Brusubi.
A medical statement from the health center states that Fofana will require a Post Operation ICU admission estimated for a day, another Post Operation admission standard bed estimated for 2 days, then a Pre-Operation and Post- Operation lab investigation, and finally a Post-OP medications and medical supplies, all of which amounts to D25,750.
”However this is just an estimated amount as the actual amount will be determined upon discharge which may defer, as he will also require pints of blood and other medication as per doctors request,” another of his doctors said.
