Marcel Mendy, the executive director of the National Sports Council, said Mansally is a clear example of how far discipline and hard work can take people and urged the young ones to emulate him. “Mansally has pursued both education and sports with equal fervor and today we are all reaping his benefit,” Mendy said.
Alkalo Musa Nyassi, a brother of the famous Nyassi twins of The Gambia national team who are also in the MLS, thanked Mansally describing him as a patriot.
He extended his gratitude to Gambian female footballer Ya Dembo Sowe also from Bwiam and an associate of Mansally for guiding the foundation to his community.]]>
