May Sports Day deadline is tomorrow

This is the second edition of the event since it was taken away from the Gambia National Olmypic Committee, GNOC, and placed under  the National Sports Council, NSC.

According to the NSC statement the event will once again will take place at the July 22nd Square in Banjul and each partcipating team must pay a registration fee of D15,000.

The objectives of this year’s edition including encouraging healthy lifestyles for the citizenry who ordinarily would not take part in sports and physical exercise as a means of keeping fit. 

All interested institutions are therefore urged to ensure they effect their payments by tomorrow.
