The Gambia Democratic Congress has selected Pa Njie ‘Girigara’ as their Mayoral candidate for KMC, the party’s national youth Mobiliser Modou M.C. Cham has confirmed to The Standard yesterday.
According to Mr Cham, their candidate has already begun preparations ahead of the May election.
“Pa Njie Girigara is not a stranger to Gambian politics, and many political parties have benefited from his good gesture to bring about democracy in our beloved country,” he said.
