Following their elimination from the CAF Champions league Gambia Ports Authority began the search for life in the Confederations Cup with a one-all draw.
They hosted Sudanese side Al Hilal at the Stadium last night hoping to secure a smooth cushion into the return le on Omdurman. But Alagie Sarr’s men could not keep advantage  after going ahead in the first half. The Sudanese side responded to tally the scores in the second half. Ports must have to be extra vigilant in all departments to avoid an early exit in Sudan next week.
