Revelation and fireworks in Banjul

There is no shortage of thrills in the MSTE-sponsored Banjul nawettan now well into in the fourth week.  A crowded season featuring six teams in four groups is progressing with usual big guns refusing to fall prey to adventurers.  However a team aptly called Revelation has lived to its name, with a devastating form that shook Group A rivals Man City and Babylon among others. They now sit comfortably in top place at 10 points.

Elsewhere, today is a crucial fixture in Banjul as Group D strugglers Jamsen and West side clash in a battle for survival.

Both teams are struggling after three matches and with only two games to go for each side, woe betide the side who fails to win among them this evening.

The urge for a win is mutual as both sides are in danger of elimination in a group that also includes  second place Warriors.

All stars and Ajax meet tomorrow in Group B while Man City and Old Stars play Friday in Group A.
